Tower Hill metal print by Carol Flagg.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. My interest in art started by watching my father paint as a commercial artist. He would often take me along on an assignment and I was captivated by his expertise and the way he seemed to disappear in his work. The smell of turpentine meant Dad to me. As a child, art was my favorite subject. A career in the business world and being a mother left little time for exploring my art, but I did fulfill my creative side by practicing and teaching yoga, sailing, crafts, sewing, reading and gardening. The creation of a painting is a form of meditation for me. I lose the sense of time as I paint. I love the process of creating form and color that is appealing to me.
