The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. My interest in art started by watching my father paint as a commercial artist. He would often take me along on an assignment and I was captivated by his expertise and the way he seemed to disappear in his work. The smell of turpentine meant Dad to me. As a child, art was my favorite subject.
